We had a horrific flying experience this weekend where we ended up stranded in Punta Cana! As awful as it was I was so thankful that we didn’t have to worry about our kitties on top of everything else! I messaged them and let them know the situation. They said they had a busy weekend but not to worry they would take care of the girls! Because we didn’t know when we would be home they kept in contact everyday until we eventually made it home! I would 1000% recommend pampered petz!

Kat is FANTASTIC. Our dogs love her. Not only does she care for our pets on a daily basis - she recently sat overnight with our pets during our 14 day vacation. She sent pictures throughout and kept us updated. I don’t really think they cared we were gone!!!

Just absolutely love this company. They always are happy to make arrangements for someone to take the best care of dog when we are out of town. Thor, my puppy, just loves all his walkers. I would highly recommend this company for their pets.

We are happy to have discovered Pampered Petz! Kat was quick to respond to requests, came to our house beforehand to meet our pets and go over everything, and sent daily texts and photos while they were being taken care of. We also like that we are able to customize the services, including multiple visits per day, specifying time windows for every visit, etc. We look forward to using Pampered Petz in the future when we need pet sitting.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! We’ve used them twice for going away out of state for multiple days and they have been absolutely amazing both times. They text you when they are at the house with photos and leave notes for every visit. We trust them completely with our pets and house and would recommend them to anyone who needs pet sitting.

I've used PamperedPetz for week-long overnights as well as random midday or dinner visits to cover our dogs while we are out for the day. The sitters are always on time, great with our dogs (and their specific needs), and provide pictures and updates as requested!
