How Do I Get Started?

Setting up service with Pampered Petz is quick and easy.

We can generally accommodate most requests with a few days notice, but we recommend contacting us at least week ahead of time to set up daily dog walking or vacation care so that we have enough notice to coordinate with your assigned pet sitter and schedule a consultation.

Schedule a Consultation

Consultations are typically scheduled Monday through Friday between 4-7pm and weekends between 12-4pm. If these hours do not work for your schedule, let us know and we can find a time that works for you.

The consultation is your opportunity to meet your pet sitter and get to know them and also gives your pet time to get comfortable with their new friend before they come into your home without you there. During this consultation, we will ask you to walk us through your home and show us your pet’s typical routine, where their supplies are kept, and anything else we need to know about caring for your pet such as their favorite toys, favorite hiding spots, favorite napping spots and more.

Once we have gone over everything and we are confident that we know everything required to take exceptional care of your pet, we will obtain a copy of your key. We ask that you complete your client profile in our online system prior to your consultation for us to review with you at your consultation.

Confirmation of Services

After your consultation, we will email you a confirmation listing the dates and times of service as well your total. We ask that you review your confirmation to ensure all dates and times are correct. Payment is due at the beginning of service and can be left via cash, check, or made online through the invoice. Then, you can rest easy knowing that your pets will be well taken care of. We offer check in calls, emails or texts if you’d like to see how your fur-babies are doing or you can feel free to contact us at any time for an update on your pets.
